Nice homestay with a friendly and helpful staff.
Nice quiet and safe location not far from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Good communication with the friendly manager Mr. Binh. Cleaning person was always smiling and was available as needed. Room was as described in the booking The room was well stocked and maintained, worked great for our week stay in Hanoi. We took advantage of the in room washing machine and small kitchen. The little balcony was great for fresh air. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to come back.

The owner contacted me right after the booking and gave much detail about the service. He also contacted me one day before my checking in so that I am confident to get there. He always answered me quickly online when I have a question. Good location and easy for the travelers to visit several hot tourist spot. There is a travel map at the lobby and you can find something special to try. The house is in the area of ministry of defense so I think it’s pretty safe!

Exceptional
I wanted to find a place where I could relax between my travels. It was perfect for that. The apartment was spacious. You have a tiny kitchen. You get a lot of light in the room. The location is good, you can walk everywhere. The owner responded to messages fast and helped with anything you needed. I liked my stay and would stay again in the future.
The apartment was very clean when I entered. But, room cleansing is not always the most effective one. Also, towels are not necessarily changed, soap is often empty, no toilet paper etc..
